(Abrahamic) Interfaith Study 2014

8 evenings from 7:30 – 9:00 p.m., January 23 through April 10, 2014, as scheduled below:

Recognizing the religious diversity that exists in our community and the relatively few opportunities for us to meet together and learn about each other, three diverse faith communities have planned an Interfaith Study on 8 Thursday evenings, from 7:30 – 9:00 p.m., at each of the faith communities, on a rotating basis. The study will be led by the clergy of these faith communities; Rabbi Howard Cove of Congregation Kol Emet, Imam Mohammad Cheble from Zubaida Foundation, and Pastor Bob Coombe at Yardley United Methodist Church. There will be a time for questions and answers. Refreshments will be served. Participants are asked to bring a donation of money and/or non-perishable food on each of the evenings, to be donated to a local ministry that serves people in need.

The Interfaith Study has been publicized through The Advance, the Bucks County Courier Times and a mailing of flyers to 45 local faith communities (Christian, Jewish, and Muslim)
